Hailey Hanauska
Principal
Hailey Hanauska is a quick-thinking, agile leader whose account management and communications skills have been shaped by years as a producer and executive producer of broadcast news. Hailey provides account management and communications counsel to corporate, trade association and issue advocacy clients, including media relations, social media content creation, and communications and media training.
Prior to joining Gallatin, Hailey was an Executive Producer at KPTV Fox 12 Oregon where she was responsible for overseeing more than six hours of local and breaking news each weekday from 4 pm to midnight. As a newsroom producer and executive producer, Hailey led large teams, researched news topics, managed social media platforms, and covered local, national, and breaking news events – ranging from wildfires, snowstorms, and riots to the Starlight Parade. Hailey began her career as a producer at Fox 5 in Las Vegas. While a student at Northern Arizona University, Hailey completed an internship with Arizona Capitol Television, the state’s legislative channel and website.
Hailey is originally from Las Vegas and earned degrees in Political Science and Communications from Northern Arizona University. Hailey played for and volunteered with the Rose City Rollers and volunteers with Forward Stride in Hillsboro. She lives in Vancouver and, when not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, her stepson, and their animals.
