The Motivator

Morgan Beltz knows how to motivate and organize a team towards a single, focused goal. Drawing on her experience as a catcher, playing NCAA Division III softball, Morgan brings a special energy to the firm to keep projects on track.

Morgan assists Gallatin clients on a variety of fronts, developing social media and website content for advocacy campaigns, management and coordination for events, email campaigns, media monitoring and research. As part of Gallatin’s digital team, she works on external marketing and email programs and website maintenance.

Before joining Gallatin, Morgan worked at the Portland Business Alliance, helping to organize and advance the Sidewalk Ambassador Program, and conduct economic and issues research. As an intern for U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte in Washington, D.C., Morgan worked on environmental policy and responded to constituent concerns.

Morgan is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environment-Economics-Politics. She is a board member of the Emerging Professionals of Portland and plans panel discussions for young professionals to interact and learn about different industries. In her free time, Morgan is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.

“ As an athlete and an intern in the US Senate I learned the value of hard work. It taught me that people notice when you do the little things, because they are important. I bring enthusiasm and energy to my work and at the end of the day, I am here to serve the client no matter how small or large the task."
