Julia Weisenburger is responsible for both the day-to-day management and the long-range financial and business planning of the firm. A shareholder based in Gallatin’s Seattle office, Julia brings more than 25 years of experience in professional services management, including human resources, finance and information technology.

Prior to joining Gallatin, Julia held similar management roles with Seattle-based public affairs pioneer, The Rockey, and as Vice President of Finance at APCO Worldwide. With both firms, she implemented new systems to achieve financial and administrative efficiencies and helped manage the firms through challenging swings in the business cycle. At APCO, she was a key member of the firm’s business strategy team, managing finance operations for their west coast offices.

Julia earned an Associate Degree from Shoreline College, and a Certificate of Management from The University of Washington. She and her husband live in the North Beach neighborhood of Ballard. Julia uses her talents to serve her community as the treasurer for the Ballard Food Bank and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and National Association of Professional Women.
